 Prepare daily Service Reports of Indoor Maintenance Staff for attachments to the Monthly
Maintenance Invoices.
 Receive, sort, compile daily reports, request forms and other documents. Retrieve information as
needed.
 Record flower and other garden supply deliveries. Forward invoices to Accounting office to facilitate
payment.
 Assist on decoration of arts and crafts as per customer’s order and requirements.
 Prepare receiving and issuance voucher for Garden Center’s stock.
 Coordinate with Indoor Plants Maintenance Foreman and labors for any issue and requirement on the
site.
