Duties & Responsibilities
• Handling both A Class and B Class Supermarkets and Hypermarkets / trading companies
• Report to branch manager, update the market situation, competition activities and status of new sales development;
• Service existing customer and develop new customers for future sales growth;
• Liaise with branch's operational support to ensure smooth business transaction, meeting customer requirement;
• Preparation of sales reports and other relevant or required materials.
• Handling customers complaints and customer services
