Managed & developed executed Contracts and procurement for multi-service and multi-million dollar contracts for FACILITY MANAGER. Rectify all the current cost and claim issues including payments to THE SERVICE PROVIDERS. Develop asset management, implement SAP and other technologies to increase the out of the services cost affectively. Monitoring budget, KPI, Asset management, Procurement for multi-services as expressed in Key qualification 1 above including Service providers, review monthly invoices including the success criteria score and TARIFF Adjustment for the service provided by the service providers. Negotiation claims, disputes, delays, Tariff adjustments with an amicable agreement from all the relevant parties keeping first and foremost Client interest and the integrity of the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Managing and resolving Contractual issues of cost, time and delays for Clients including duties as listed on the first page for Power industries, EPC, infrastructures, high rise buildings, road, rail transport and airports..
1) Managed business brief case of Program, Project, Contract & quality management, business development, marketing and sales.
2) Managed contracts pre and post award management for the client from cradle to grave utilizing NEC & FIDIC types of contracts, reviewed contracts and ensure Client’s (Employer) interest addressed including Consultant and Contractor, intellectual property rights been addressed, negotiate terms with Builders and Consultants including sub-contractors. Monitor contracts progress and performances to achieve targets, deadline in-conjunction with the contractors and sub-contractor. Monitoring progress and performance of the contract and ensure all the requirements of the contracts have been carried out and implemented and complied with contract clauses. Negotiated all the cost, time and deliverables issues including dispute resolutions and resolved cost affectively.
3) Managed and advising all the legal aspects of the contract, intellectual properties, deeds, contracts, sub-contracts, bid and price, tender analysis, reviews of LOI, RFQ, RFP, Litigation, Arbitration, Risk management, and negotiations to the best interest of the company and most satisfaction of the customer.
