important reasons are given priority.
• Oversee the maintenance of the filing system of related documentations in order
to facilitate future referencing and easy accessibility.
• Handle the Director’s daily time diary to ensure the absence and/or resolution of
conflicts and proper time management process.
• Provide administrative support to the immediate superior including organizing
meetings, handling the calendar, researching issues, tracking action item
completion, and managing other administrative requirements as required.
• Arrange travel, transportation and accommodation of immediate superior as
requested to ensure that all desired expectations are met.
• Attend and takes minutes of the meeting bi weekly and routes the final draft for
approval.
• Monitor department’s process and ensure compliance on audit reports /
findings.
• Provide support to projects and initiatives of GS, HR, Marketing &
Communication, IT and Finance
• Assist on formulation of department’s business plan.
• Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of
systems, processes and practices within Corporate Support Division.
• Coordinate with Directors and Managers within the department to ensure that
business plans were implemented on time and KPIs were met.
• Provide guidance and support to the unit and be a focal point of expertise and
reference within Corporate Support Services.
• Respond to departments’ / employees’ queries and complaints and resolve the
same.
