- Al-Raha beach Hotel (Abu Dhabi, UAE): Extension project- 5 stars luxurious hotel owned by International Capital Trading. The project is an extension of 144 rooms to the existing luxurious Al-Raha Beach Hotel. The project includes restoration and renovation of two existing swimming pools and two specialized restaurants.
Design revue, value engineering and construction supervision (Project value $46, 300, 000 - total construction area of 16000 m2 and project duration: 26 months).
- Qusaidat road (Ras el Khaymah - UAE): Contractual control and technical assistance of consultant site team formed by resident Engineer, assistant resident Engineer, senior Quantity surveyor, Senior material Engineer, mechanical engineer, senior electrical engineer, senior structural engineer, as well as a full inspection team for the rehabilitation of Qusaidat road. Project includes 2 bridges and 2 pedestrian overpasses. (Project value: $38, 000, 000 - project road length 9km and project duration: 24 months).
- Seafood Floating Restaurant Jumeirah Etihad Towers (Corniche road - Abu Dhabi): Technical and contractual assistance of Consultant site supervision team for seafood floating restaurant Jumeirah Etihad Towers. The project consists of a unique design of a shell pearl floating structure. The restaurant is a part of an iconic five towers complex.
Supervision Project Manager for Design of SMEP, Architectural and ID, 1092 m2. (Project value AED 30, 000, 000 (United Arab Emirates dirham).
- Al Qatara Community Arts Centre (Al Ain - UAE): The Project is a restored traditional local architecture of the earlier Bayt Bin Ati al-Darmaki, formed by a traditional mud-brick tower on a mound overlooking the Qattara Oasis.
Contractual assistance, claim review and project Closeout (Project value $7, 500, 000).
- Danet Abu Dhabi Tower (Muroor Road, Abu Dhabi): A Sorouh project constituting of 24 luxurious residential floors (Project value: $80, 000, 000 - total construction area of 55400 m2 and project duration: 20 months).
Main tasks and responsibilities:
o Leading project management site team formed by senior planner engineer, senior quantity surveyor engineer, senior mechanical engineer, senior electrical engineer, QA-QC and Health and safety engineers.
o Preparation of all managerial reports and presentations.
o Leading and preparation of the weekly meetings in the presence of the Owner, Consultant and main Contractor.
o Asses, Follow-up and control of all contractual and technical issues related to the project.
o Excellent understanding of project management, FIDIC, contract administration, financial and funding rules, risk management, planning, in addition to the technical expertise.
Managing a 10, 000 m2 plant (600 Employees) specialized in steel structure, carpentry works, sandwich panel fabrication, K-Span, Super Span works.
Structural Design, production and erection of the following projects:
- R.A.K-1021 (Ras al Khaymah): design and built of a 12000 m2 of storage area, motel and administration bldg - consultant: International Engineering Center (accomplished in 6 months).
- P.W -1030 (Abu Dhabi): design and built of a 15000 m2 of storage area at Mussafah - consultant: Department of President Affairs - Engineering section (accomplished in 8 months).
Managing a plant specialized the design and manufacturing of steel structures. Main tasks and responsibilities:
o Feasibility study of projects; including financial and technical studies.
