Project coordinator for a pilot project called Girls National Sports Days working with the Ministry of Education (MOE) and Saudi Sports for All Federation (SFA ) working toward the 2030 vision. This project trains teachers on how to hold physical education (P.E.) classes with the vision to implement P.E. into the school curriculum by the fall semester in 2020. My role is to coordinate the project in six pilot locations Al Khobar, Riyadh, Jeddah, Abha, Ha’il, and Riyadh which brought in 1000 to 1400 students daily from surrounding communities.
Head of Teaching and Learning (Vice Principal) is responsible for overseeing the development and execution of all foundation and vocational diploma programs while providing strategic leadership in a positive, energetic and dynamic manner. I am responsible for building a strong, unified team of faculty who will meet the educational mission of the College of providing outstanding applied learning to prepare graduates for successful employment. I ensure successful integration of the programs so that faculty can competently meet the academic needs of the organization, while meeting and exceeding standards in quality assurance, curriculum developments and active applied learning strategies. I assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, training, ongoing professional development, the development and management of the classroom observations, faculty performance review process and professional development offerings and provide leadership to the chairs and academic team in each department. I facilitate the development and implementation of the ‘On-the-Job-Training’ strategy and assist with the coordination of employers/sponsors for Associate Diploma and Diploma programs.
