Under the supervision of the Logistics & Support Operation team, Shore base Onne,
I performed the following functions:
-Coordinates and ensure that Equipment and materials are shipped to and from Erha and Usan Fpso timely, safely and efficiently.
-Coordinate equipment and material load out effectively according to
established safety and operating procedure.
-Align and plan inbound and outbound shipment with logistics
coordinators, offshore marine coordinators, warehouse and vendors.
-Perform inspection of all cargo for damages before loading and
unloading.
-Perform a piece count of all material/ cargo, check physical
units against delivery and delivery document for accuracy and
completeness.
-Ensure appropriate packaging and labeling.
-Ensure proper documentation of delivery and shipping documents
-I developed an outbound and inbound data tracking spread sheet for easy tracking and referencing all materials and equipment shipped.
