• Collecting / Receiving Daily Attendance from Showrooms / Dept.
• Updating an Excel Sheet Location Wise.
• Cross checking Daily attendance of respective office to Access report.
• Follow up with Showrooms & Department (If necessary)
• Filling Hard Copies Location Wise
• Preparing an Excel Sheet List for maintaining the following:
o Additions/Deductions
o Transferring Staff
o Annual Leave
o Joining Reports
o New Employee List
o Long Leaves/Resigned Staff
• Computing Leave Application Forms.
• Receiving Sick Leave & Casual Leave.
o Making one list for the Sick Leave and Casual Leave
• Preparing Memo for entire Showrooms to Collect Monthly Summary.
• Collecting / Receiving Monthly Summary from Showrooms / Dept.
• Comparing daily attendance with Monthly Summary.
• If there are Discrepancies, must be verified with Showrooms & Department.
• Rechecking all the Leave Reports.
• Updating Synthesis (Absent, Sick Leave, Casual Leave, Annual Leave, Maternity Leave & Emergency Leave).
• Rechecking all the Summary Attendance into the Synthesis.
• Attendance in Batch Process in Synthesis.
• Synthesis Records & Crosschecking with the Monthly Attendance.
• Periodical Entries for Additions & Deductions.
• Handover the Time & Attendance to Accounts Department.
*Monthly Dispatch Pay Slip to All Showrooms.
*Receiving and Distributing NBD ATM Cards.
*Managing and Dispatching Access & Parking Cards.
