• Maintaining the Quality standards as per NABH requirement for the entire hospital
operations and management.
• Planning, Coordinating, Guiding Quality control programs designed to ensure
continuous improvement in patient care and health care in conformance to all
established standards

criteria provided training to the juniors and oriented them with NABH accreditation
programmes.
• Carried out NABH auditing for every department
• To help create signage, work instructions, manuals and necessary for the health
workers.
• Interface with Administrator for all Operational issues.
• Introduced Patient Feedback system in the hospital
• Part of Hospital Fire Safety Survey Team.
• Organize various camps like: Blood donation camp, Health check-up camps
• Supervise ward secretaries, administration staff and other personnel

• To study the equipment and instruments availability, functionality and there
maintenance.

• Training module will be developed based on the TNA and the accreditation
standards of NABH.

utilization rates.

• Introduced AERB regulatory guidelines to all the Radiation source equipment's as well as renovated the Radiology department according to the AERB guidelines.
• Introduced Medical record simplified forms to ease in operations like Medication
Error Forms, Incident reporting form, Initial Assessment form etc.
• Introduced the CPR protocol as put forth by American Heart Association.
