Assisting in the Sector’s Strategic planning and follow-up the current running projects.
Participated in the preparation of a complete study for the implementation of Smart Metering system into State of Kuwait.
Assessing in the current running project of the Ministry new billing system that include IT (software & hardware) requirements (Oracle and SAP).
My roles and responsibilities is the complete establishment of Leo Integrated Consultancy Ltd. which is established to Providing an Elite (Administrative & Management) Consultancy Solutions for Both the Aviation and the Business Sectors.
Working as Safety & Quality consultant for the company to maintain and promote its projects operational and occupational safety measures and system. Also, maintaining its quality management system with all its related QMS held certificates.
Teaching & Developing Quality Management related subjects
My role is divided into two parts: Company complete business re-structuring and the establishment of an integrated management system in order to accommodate its business development to have a mix of Private Jet, Domestic & International low cost flights (Q400), Helicopter for High tension cables insulators washing under pressure, Airports calibration services (Beech-Craft 350) and Base maintenance for small aircraft.
All Engineering Quality Control work, Technical Investigations and Fleet Planning & Scheduling Assurance.
Establishing, maintaining and deploying a complete QMS, including documentation, training and all related QMS requirements.
Integrated Logistics System Development
All Aviation Related Work in such: Maintenance and Repair of Aircraft Airframe & Power Plant / Quality Assurance / Flying Safety & Mishap Analysis / Administrative and Organizational Activities.
