Responsibilities:

• Prepare budgets for the ICT Department and accordingly perform staffing and contracts as per organization parameters

• Engage in upgrading and applying the technical information security and privacy standards in the organization
• Primarily responsible for managing:
1. Execution of ICT Service Management (ITSM) solution
2. Development of SBAHC Mobile Application and Patient Portal
3. Implementation of ICT and Organization Call Centre solutions

• Administer the procedure of deciding and sanctioning technology providers for all projects in collaboration with concerned stakeholders and PMO

• Serve as a team leader for the Technology chapters for the accreditation process of CARF, JCI, and CBAHI

• Supervise the provision of end-user services such as help desk, network, system administration and technical support services

• Accountable for the execution ITIL v.3 and service catalogue for the ICT department in compliance with company norms

• Optimize the process of selecting technology providers and network-related projects including daily activities and operations

• Cultivate and monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with departmental policies and standards

• Involve in creating the department accomplishment plans and reports in accordance with organization strategies

• Ensure compliance of organization policies and principles with accreditation agencies and standards (CARF, JCI, and CBAHI)

• Act as Project Champion for upgrading backup sand disaster recovery (DR) solution to latest cloud-based backup technology and solution from CommVault

• Provide support in managing team for the technology chapters and designing and validating the Quality Indicators for the department

• Handle ICT innovation team in the annual innovation fair for boosting an innovative and high-tech healthcare environment

• Perform as project leader for procuring & executing the ICT requirements for the new branch of SBAHC new outpatient medical centre in downtown Riyadh)

• Superintend the annual ICT audit process conducted by E&Y and full information security/risk assessment conducted by third party

• Co-manage all operational and managerial responsibilities of ICT Department.

• Manage the technical support team and network team.

• Manage the contracts of the ICT Department.

• Monitor and audit ICT strategy plan and accomplishment reports.

• Gather and analyze data in support of business cases, proposed projects and systems requirements.

• Managing the conducting test plans and scripts to track defects and fixes in product development, information systems, and operating systems.

• Apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help validate ICT processes.

• Oversee the efficiency of ICT operations and the quality of ICT services.

• Assist in designing and validating the Quality Indicators for ICT Department

• Managing the implementation of several major projects such as:
* Upgrading network infrastructure in SBAHC.
* The deployment of the CEO BI and Dashboards.
* The upgrade of the Document Management System.
* The upgrade of the SharePoint internal portal.

• Leading and assisting a team for the technology chapters for the accreditation process (CARF, JCI). And ensure the compliance of ICT policies and standards with the accreditation standards.

• Revise the ICT policies and procedures in annual basis and ensure that ICT policies and procedures are in compliance with the organization standards.

• Develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the ICT services within SBAHC.

• Develop a new process for the offline backup.

• Implement the ITIL v.3 and service catalogue for the ICT Department.

• Oversee all network-related projects and daily activities and operations.

• Assist on the process of selecting technology providers for ICT projects.
