- Manage the Credit card Business for the company this includes:
1- Card Issuance.
2- Card Acquiring on ATM's and POS
3- ATM Driving through Virtual Switch.
- Formulate the strategy and objectives for the company.
- Market company's services to targeted customers especially banks in the region.
- Study the volume of card portfolio with member banks and suggest corrective actions to increase portfolio.
- design and develop products to be offered by the company.

This is a consultation position where I am responsible for the development of all systems in JSC including the development for the organizational structure, HR, processes, strategic planning … etc.
I was responsible for four centers;
o Research and Development Center (R&D): which is responsible for market researches, development & improvement of new / existing products and channels.
o Services and Product Center: which is responsible for product management including marketing on corporate level, products’ evaluation, improvements of policies and procedures, and all processes at branch level.
o Cards Center: which is responsible for cards management (credit, debit, charge, prepaid) including their processing.
o Data Warehouse Center (DWHC): which is responsible for all data of the bank in terms of : management, analysis, & utilization by users.
My Main responsibilities are :
--setting up a unique methodology for products and channels development
-- Identifying strategic objectives, projects, and role of Development Department.
--Conduct planning setups for projects in Development Department.
-- Benchmarking competitor’s products against Bank to evaluate position market share outstanding.
--Participating positively in a number of steering committees in the bank.
-- Planning and following up market researches and studies to support Business Development .
-- Supervising the performance of all Electronic Cards Business in the bank.
-- Forming bank strategies and plans regarding development, retail products and cards to ensure bank market share in Jordan and branches outside Jordan in all retail services.
-- Supervising the performance of all of the Data WareHouse.
- Manage and supervise the Quality Management System in the bank.
- Manage and control all policies and procedurs of the bank.
- The responsibility of the process development in the bank.
- Supervise the web sites of the bank ( internal and External )
- plan and execute the internal audit on quality ( 42 Auditor in the bank )
_ Responsible for reviwing and improve processes in the bank.

-- Review all activities to rationalize them.
