o Cards Center: which is responsible for cards management (credit, debit, charge, prepaid) including their processing.

My Main responsibilities are :
--setting up a unique methodology for products and channels development
-- Identifying strategic objectives, projects, and role of Development Department.
--Conduct planning setups for projects in Development Department.
-- Benchmarking competitor’s products against Bank to evaluate position market share outstanding.
--Participating positively in a number of steering committees in the bank.
-- Planning and following up market researches and studies to support Business Development .
-- Supervising the performance of all Electronic Cards Business in the bank.
-- Forming bank strategies and plans regarding development, retail products and cards to ensure bank market share in Jordan and branches outside Jordan in all retail services.
-- Supervising the performance of all of the Data WareHouse.
