Review and supervise the design and execution works, prepare Scope of Services and Scope of Facilities documentation for HVAC discipline - coordinate the works with Architectural, Civil and Structural, Piping and Mechanical and Instrumentation and Electrical Engineers.
Main responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of MEP and Airport Special Systems engineers;
- Review and coordination of water features systems completion;
- Scheduling the MEP QAN closing process;
- Supervising testing and commissioning of water systems.
Project: New Doha International Airport Construction Package no 19 (Car Park and Mosque and Emiri Terminal) (3500 car park with Fire Fighting Sprinkler Network, Parking Management Systems, mechanical and electrical control rooms, 2 small commercial galleries, public Mosque, Parking Management Office, Imam Residence).
• Duties: As an MEP Coordinator, I was assigned Team Leader over the MEP and Airport Special Systems engineers comprised of a team of 15 engineers. I was involved in all management aspects coordination with other services, participation to meetings, site inspections and response to site queries, managing, planning, teaching and coaching site engineers, etc liaison with Client Engineer (Overseas Bechtel Incorporated) and Client Consultant - NDIA. Supervising completion of the project by implementing rescue schedules shortening delays and solving deadlocked situations (organizing inspections with Client representatives, managing the T&C and Handover process).
Check, review and auditing of submitted proposals from consultants and contractors, approve vendors list, prepare input data for various projects, preparing Technical Design Notes for Greywater Systems(working with ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, ICC, BS standards), participate in coordination workshops with designers and consultants). • Mechanical Consultant as Mechanical Engineer for HVAC and Plumbing works for an office building (S+P+12 flats 30000 sqm) and for Lujerului Housing Projects (3 blocks of flats of 22 storey and 4 of 11 storey) for IMS Project Management - Contract from May 2005 to June 2006
• Responsibilities:
• Reviewing Design works for Building Services Disciplines and improve them through VE
• Coordinate the services with other Disciplines (Electrical, Architecture, Structure)

• Execution projects in sewage at Brenac Braila dairy factory, HVAC and Plumbing Design / Execution consultancy for STARBUCKS Coffee chain in Romania (2 units in 2007).
• Project coordinator / site chief / service engineer - Dealing with main problems and schedules, building services for Hotel Victoria Tower (HVAC, Sanitary), service activities for Beauty Shop shops (HVAC and Sanitary).
