1. To lead and design strategy for Training and Development and implementing a coherent educational and training policy for the Corporation. Implementation of Workplace Learning, supervising ‘On-Job’ training and Assessment, conducting Occupational Tests, interviews and recruitment activities.
2. Supporting the organization in delivery of cost effective, high quality and good practice management education and training programs for individual learning and development to meet performance of the management standards.
3. To implement and maintain Policy, Practice and procedures associated with ‘Quality Qatarization’ and assist and guide Qatari trainees for training :
* General English and Business English courses for all Qatari employees.
* Technical Preparatory Program ( TPP )
* Clerical Preparatory Program. ( CPP ) and
* English Courses for Security Personnel.
4. Establish working relationships and communicate with relevant staff internally and Externally to implement and monitor training in local training institutions and abroad for the employees of the organization.
5. Designing, conducting and evaluating the Tests for the recruitment of the new staff as well as for promotions of the existing staff.
6. Manage database of training providers, academic entities and Human Resources Consultants, local and international as reference of related courses and programs for the Corporation.
