I managed the education budget (millions of GBP), line-managed via a matrix structure college principles and heads of department. My role was responsible for assessment and innovation, including digital and staff professional development. The final part of this role involved overseeing our quality assurance via quality improvement plans linked to KPIs and SMART objectives.
