This Mediation Device project involves 3 vendors (a) Siemens from Germany (b) Kingston from UK (c) POINT from Singapore. As a project manager was to coordinate with all of the vendors, to allocate resources, and delivered the Message-Coordinator (Mediation Device) as per schedule.
