A full Permitted & Controlled Construction Site where Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Daily Awareness Meetings, Toolbox Talks are in place days to weeks in advance of tasks due to the ‘Live’ condition within the site, Progress Analysis Controlled Workings Document is reviewed daily in line with Myself and other Project Management Professionals ensuring full compliance to all legislation and procedures from both GE and AF Consult along with the Client.



Description of Scope of Works: Site Mobilisation, Steam Condenser Installation, Remove Condenser Duct Installation (Exhaust), Vacuum Skid Installation, Condensate Pump Skid Installation, Run Down Tank Installation, Gland Condenser Cooler Installation, Lube Oil Console Installation, Interconnecting Piping Support Installation, and so much more
