• Accountable to lead the department in setting and advancing the strategic academic direction of the department and developing review procedures to monitor the progress of strategic plans.
• Structure the course syllabus for graduate level students and conduct assessments to monitor students’ performance.
• Create and maintain an engaging learning environment for students, provide practical hands-on teaching and incorporate innovative teaching/research methodologies to enhance the learning experience of students.

• Manage all academic programs, ensuring that all statutory requirements are met and university policies, systems and procedures are properly followed.
• Coordinate with Branch Course Coordinators (BCC) with regards to the progression of B301 A&B and maintain communication and follow up with successful exchange of experience and expertise among BCCs.
• Maintain effective communication and correspondences with External Examiners in Open University - UK, Deanship at the HQ and Coordinators across branches.
• Joined the university as Assistant Professor and subsequently merited promotion to the position of Coordinator of College of Business through excellent performance.
• Functioned as an Executive Member of University Council to develop and set up quality assurance guidelines for course outline, ensure inspirational/innovative learning and maintain student excellence.
• Endeavoured to maintain high student moral and motivation, monitored the learning styles and developmental stages of the students, developed students’ learning enthusiasm and ensured student discipline.
