Direct the formulation of processes, policies and procedures for effective management of Human Resources across the Group and the efficient handling of exceptions to policies / procedures.
• Direct all HR related activities including manpower planning, recruitment, personnel administration, compensation & Benefits planning and administration, performance evaluation, training & career development, and disciplinary proceedings / actions.
• Ensure establishment of and adherence to appropriate processes / procedures for general administrative support and facilities maintenance activities to be implemented in a cost effective manner viz. manage contracts, ensure the availability of stationery / general maintenance spares’ requirements, manage mail system, housing, transport, security, employee travel, etc.
• Direct the preparation of short and long-term manpower plans across the Group.
• Drive the formulation and implementation of a market-facing compensation policy, effective performance management system, proactive career development & succession planning methodology across the Group.
• Ensure that appropriate communication channels are in place to inform all practicing operations managers and supervisors on current HR policies / processes / procedures and also broadly the labor law regulations prevailing in the country .
• Interact with the Manager, IT to ensure appropriate IT System driven solutions are configured and deployed for enabling HR and Administrative Services across the Group.
• Initiate the constitution and maintenance of an effective Compensation & Benefits Committee and ensures that the Committee’s meetings are conducted purposefully and regularly.
• Propose operating expenditure budget for our area of operations and monitors utilization against approved budget.
• Propose operating expenditure budget for the respective functions.
• Monitor staff numbers and competency levels within the functions & measures for efficiency.

I have the BSC of Commerce from EinShams University 1974 - VG. Master degree from ESLSCA - French university in Paris - in English, 2002 PHD From the American University Of London in HR Management. My Topic, HR ROI measured by Balanced Scorecard. Dec.2004.
High Diploma of HR Management for one year studies. All sciences related to HR and details about the all functions of HRM. My thesis has been on " Performance Management" - Rating A+
My studies for 18 months in English; my thesis has been in the strategic management and how to link with HR strategy. Some topics have been studied in Paris, Cross Culture of Management, International Sciences.
