As a Healthcare Advisor: Responsible for M&A strategic partnerships - pre-deal feasibility, due diligence, pre-close, and post-close strategic and financial planning, enterprise risk management and revenue cycle.

Working with hospitals and health systems, including work on: reform plans, business plan development, financial projections and analysis, and health care transactions. Assisting with physician alignment strategy, post-acute care strategic partnerships, developing value based reimbursement models.

As a CEO: Responsible for managing and reforming AKC`s healthcare portfolio

Responsible for all assets and matters pertaining to the operation of The Clinics, including but not limited to the management of: Fiscal operations, Investments, General liability insurance, Board matters, Governance & law compliance, Human resources, Legislation, Regulations, Government agencies, Legal matters, Referendums, Affiliation agreement, Property management, Program development and Community relation.

Represents SGH to regulatory agencies, trade associations, community and civic organizations, and other financial institutions. Acts as liaison for all quality management activities with the Board management and ensures that quality management initiatives and recommendations at all levels are communicated and supported by the senior management in the operational .Analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of all operations. Develops and maintains organizational structure and effective personnel management. Interprets and implements policies established by the Board of Directors through the governing body.
