• Attending Daily Operational Meetings and troubleshooting day to day tasks
including assignment of task to respective team
• Liaison between Legal, Treasury, Finance, Supply Chain, Technical and HR teams
globally
• Successfully handled more than ten projects of drilling fluids and mud engg services
at Gujarat, Rajasthan, Assam, Tripura & Arunachal Pradesh right from tendering,
project planning, organizing, staffing and execution of the project
• Attending business meetings for discussion on project planning and execution
• Representing Newpark to current and potential customers through presentations on
company profile and technical capabilities
• Reporting directly to VP Eastern Hemisphere, based out of EH headquarters in Italy
• Preparing budget for India and Qatar entity and presenting budget to group
management during annual discussion meet
• Introducing New Product Line DURABASE MATS in India and setting up
distributorship model with extreme success within 2 years of its launch in India
• Setting up KPI’s for individuals and achieving country level KPI’s with team support
