Manage the CARE Database (RAIS Systems) and ensure its proper functioning and security. • Conduct regular system backups and store them off-site. • Provide training on the CARE Database for staff and maintain user accounts. • Coordinate data input and review for accuracy, fixing errors as needed. • Generate reports for management and stakeholders. • Monitor project progress using the Traffic Light approach. • Prepare and submit program appeals and updates. •Ability to motivate staff and maintain good relations • Resistance to stress • Good manners • Design data collection and analysis tools. • Report data to the Jordan Response Platform for the Syria Crisis (JRPSC). • Ensure accurate financial reporting. • Develop information management dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, and QGIS. • Monitor and submit CARE's appeals and financial tracking on Activity Info and UNHCR Financial Tracking System • Use tools for tracking project's progress and bottlenecks and develop simple data collection tools based on monitoring indicators. • Coordinate with the manager/program staff for data collection/MEAL activities • Use different qualitative and quantitate methods of data collection including structured/ semi structured interviews, key informant interviews, in-depth interviews, group discussions, focus group discussions and direct observations as an M&E tool. Conduct training on qualitative techniques for data collection for MEAL, program and interviewers. • Report data quality issues to the MEAL Manager/Coordinator.
1. Project design and planning

•Monitor on-going care plan development with special attention to safety is- sues and stabilizing the family from the effects of domestic violence.
