• Following up customers’ complains and find out the root causes of the complaint.
• Developing new emulsion polymers (Vinyl acetate /Veova and Vinyl acetate / acrylic) for coatings and adhesive applications and scaling these into production.
• Participate as required in the weekly meeting of R&D team, CEO & Sales team.

My Job Responsibilities:
• Create master schedule to establish sequence and lead-time of production to meet completion dates according to sales forecasts and/or customer orders.
• Supervising the Production Engineer to ensure that the plan is going on time. (Customer Satisfaction).
• Following up the progress of customers’ orders, and production plans, taking corrective actions when there is any deviation or lateness from the plan.
• Check the availability of raw materials for each Performa Invoice.
• Working on the minimum warehouse stock level, in order to reduce the production cycle time.
• Applying dispatching rules to priorities work orders, and minimize the waste time incurred by delays.
My senior design project was about waste water treatment by using chemical reaction method (Fenton Reaction) to remove the organic compound in the waste water .
