Drive the development and implementation of marketing and product-innovation strategies by studying and analyzing data on customers, target groups, sales, territories, and competitors' activity using integrated analytical functions. Ensures that proper Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Sets out specific performance standards in such key areas as sales, operations and customs clearance; evaluates performance against these standards; coaches and assists the department managers in improving their performance. Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Vice President.
