I have North Sea, Middle East and Africa onshore and offshore experience in my past Safety career Including at sites in Libya and Gabon within this experience. This Included production and drilling fixed and floating installations, semi-sub drilling operations, jack-up drilling operations, Refinery routine operations, Hazop Study, plus upgrade including crude oil storage tank construction, routine maintenance operations in refineries and tank farms. Also experience in subsea 30" gas pipe laying offshore UAE.

Within this past career I have covered Risk Assessments as part of JSA Hazard Identification which were also part of the review packages for conduction of SIMOPS. For example - Diving operations offshore and scaffolding work over the side of the Rig/Platform, drilling and work over operations and routine offshore production operations. Routine refinery operations with facilities upgrade within the refinery, Tank Farm, Cold cutting into 300, 000 barrel crude oil storage tanks with 3000+ ppm H2S. SIMOPS was a major item within Refinery upgrade I was involved with in Saudi Arabia.
