Overall accountability for sales growth and profitability throughout each area of the Gallery;
Motivating and supporting team members to deliver KPI's and operations compliance;
Ensuring excellent standards in customer service;
Advising and assisting clientele on the selection, purchase, installation and maintenance of artwork;
Maximizing product placement effectiveness;
Organizing, preparing and arranging promotional materials;
Contributing innovative ideas, recommendations and advertising solutions for the company;
Developing client lists by psycho-graphics by notifying potential clients of particular works/exhibitions;
Employing creative approaches to engage with new and existing audiences;
Responding promptly and resolving customer inquiries and complaints;
Conducting PR activities for managed galleries;
Documenting and maintaining reports related to customer feedback.
Identifying key target audiences;
Assisting clients to discuss their advertising needs, aims and objectives;
Presenting campaign ideas and solutions;
Preparing proposals for potential clients and financial budgets; Communicating feedback to the creative department for campaign phase discussion;
Identifying leads and maintaining records with accuracy;
Monthly report to Senior Management including progress and objectives.
Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the gallery;
Assisting in planning and organizing of the exhibitions and conducting all PR activities;
Arranging transportation of Artworks to and from the gallery, both nationally and internationally;
Organizing equipment hire and ensuring correct installation of the artwork.
Organizing and coordinating design lectures, workshops, exhibitions and Pecha Kucha Night;
Supervising volunteers and managing training requirements;
Team assistance through motivation and empowerment;
Sourcing sponsorship opportunities and attending meetings;
Media relation activities with target channels;
Press release and media kit content creation;
Scripting, editing and arranging production of newsletters;
Creating content for Social media PR;
Updating web portal with latest content and news.
Developing and executing a PR Campaign for the project "Children's University in BiH";
Co-authoring and designing the publicity brochure for the project;
Promoting the Project through Social media channels;
Maintaining WUS Austria’s website with the updates and photography’s of the Project.
Assisting in PR activities related to 1+1: Life & Love Simultaneous Exhibition which was organized in six Balkan Countries;
Traveling and visiting all exhibitions and writing daily reports;
Attending Lectures and workshops about the importance of marketing in Museums and Art Galleries;
Developing and maintaining successful working relationships with curators and artists.
Thesis title: “Guerrilla marketing in Museum of Sarajevo”. Developing and conducting complex measures to improve Guerrilla marketing and PR activities of the ‘Museum of Sarajevo'.
