Founded in 1997, QSS is a world-class, award-winning software, system integration, and Cloud provider delivering market-proven solutions to the Fintech, Telco, Government, and Banking industries, with an exceptional track record of successful implementations.
At QSS, I'm responsible for marketing communication - the corporate look and feel, the external communication, product & services, and a lot of brainstorm and idea generation. In addition, I work as a Brand designer for QSS. I have rebranded the entire image of QSS and its products and services. The main goal was to prepare the brand for the international market and communicate it effectively. My brand vision was to communicate professionalism, transparency, and honesty to all stakeholders, creating a circle of trust. I am also responsible for new content creation to establish a clear and concise brand voice, tone, and personality of the company and develop visual concepts for digital campaigns, product brochures, print, product videos, and designed the new QSS website.
ABC TECH group is an international banking technology provider headquartered in Luxembourg, one of the largest financial centers in the world. The company is bringing platform-based solutions to the Banking and Financial industry, helping gthem accelerate their digital transformation.
During my time at ABC TECH Group, I was responsible for corporate communication, product marketing, and creative production.

✔Developed a Corporate communication strategy for ABC TECH Group - the journey from the outsourcing company to product development company - and back as a combo.
✔Responsible for the naming, branding of LEONUS Banking digital and its products.
✔ During my time, ABC TECH Group grew from two offices to five international offices, partnered with several reputable companies among them Mambu, and placed its product LEONUS Banking digital on several marketplaces.
✔Prepared ABC TECH Group for product demo at Finnovate 2019
✔Co-Designed and created three websites: ABC TECH Group, ABC Software Development, LEONUS Banking digital
✔Produced LEONUS Banking digital video
✔ Produced tons of B2B marketing materials - Brochures, PPT's, Data Sheets, Testimonials, Case Studies
✔Wrote a lot of Press releases, like a lot and produced customized content for our customers

CT-TECHNOLOGIES is a Danish engineering company with six offices in Europe, Asia, and Africa, providing 30 + years of high-quality engineering services in building state-of-the-art cold stores, warehouses, and food processing plants.
During my time at CT -TECHNOLOGIES, I was responsible for corporate communication, product marketing, and creative production.

✔Developed a new Corporate communication strategy for CT TECHNOLOGIES, giving them a unique voice.
✔Responsible for the rebranding of CT TECHNOLOGIES in 2017, created a Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, giving them a professional look that they truly deserved.

✔Planned and executed all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media, and managing the budget for advertising and promotional items.
✔Developed an Internal Communication strategy and created monthly Newsletters to connect our worldwide offices.

- Arranging interviews with journalists, preparing and distributing press releases and giving statements to the media.
- Planning and managing the production of publicity brochures, direct mail leaflets, hand-outs, photographs, promotional videos, films, and multimedia programs.
- Scripting, editing, and arranging production of newsletters, pamphlets, speeches, case studies, editorials, corporate profiles and submissions.
- Responsible for all PR activities related to exhibition "1+1, Life & Love".
- Liaising with local print media journalists and photographers and organising restoration and conservation workshops and museum seminars.
Thesis title: "Guerrilla marketing in Museum of Sarajevo". Developing and conducting complex measures to improve Guerrilla marketing and PR activities of the 'Museum of Sarajevo'.
