* Attending the customer tyre failure complaints, to ascertain the failure cause & further procedure
* Tyre failure (Improper Usage / manufacturing) management and solve out the same as per company
service (claim) policy.
* Evaluation of product performance by periodical checking and follow up of customer vehicle
* Giving them cost effective programmed saving charts against competitor’s brand.
* Conducting fitment survey, load study, route study and freight rate analysis for proper product
positioning.
* Establishing a network of dealers in important areas, contacting and converting competitor’s
customers to JK brand by keeping regular follow-ups of the vehicles and thus explaining the cost per
kilometer profit (TKPH-Tones Kilometer per Hour).
Planning & carrying out audits process in shop floor for improving component qualities at the time of
production
* Supervise and control operations at Inspection area mainly primary Insp, X-ray & Uniformity
diagnosis
* Analyze service return Tire failures & find areas of improvement in process to control new defectives
* Preparing monthly report i.e. Process Performance Consolidate Report, Plant Quality & House
Keeping Rating, Inspector Analysis Rating, X-Ray, Uniformity & Balancing Yield Analysis Report &
SPC-CPK Report
Supervise & ensure the process is in line with the technical specification & control the Final Inspection
