Manage Production Facility: Oversee the production of various dairy products, including fresh milk, fresh cream, Maas, yoghurt, juices, cheese, and butter.

Team Management: Supervise a team of 63 staff members across multiple departments: production, maintenance, stock room, drivers and loaders, lab, planning, and dispatch.

Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth daily running of the plant, including production planning, stock management, and order fulfillment.

Logistics and Dispatch: Coordinate loading and dispatching of trucks, ensuring timely delivery and effective route planning.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality specifications and standards.

Equipment Maintenance: Maintain factory, lab, and vehicle equipment in good working order.

Loss Management: Implement strategies to minimize losses and optimize milk intake and allocation to various processes.

End-to-End Oversight: Oversee the entire operation from production start to product dispatch
