Representing the branch offices as the operations lead of the department.
• Managing a dynamic set of individuals to ensure their smooth workflow.
• Increasing productivity levels of the team with innovative solutions and
business models regarding admin functions.
• Direct consulting and advising the head of department regarding business
strategies and event management as the second in line.
• Directly reporting seven days a week to the General Sales Director,
Deputy CEO, and CEO of the business to discuss inter department issues
and visualize profitable solutions in the best interest of the organization.
• Attending chairman meetings, software presentations and supporting
from the head office as the second in line in the absence of the head of
department
Methodical supervision & systematic evaluation of various on - field
projects, based in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• To notify the estimation department & provide proposals with
regard to the scope of work to be undertaken, based on site visits.
• Managing & monitoring technicians, as well as site supervisors on field.
• Providing detailed reports of the on - going work process to the Business
Manager.
• Assiting the Project manager in drafting I/O schedules for the required
proposals for BMS systems.
