Responsible for establishing policies and best practices for Jordan country office & “temporary for Iraq country offices on-site (Erbil) and remotely (Mosul & Baghdad)”, administering benefits, and supervising the HR operations and recruitment. • Lead the development and execution of employee engagement and retention strategies, plans, and initiatives including the design and implementation of training, mentoring, professional development, and succession plans.
• Manage the performance management process and facilitate the improvement of performance management systems.
• Manage compensation and benefits administration.

During my tenure as the HR Manager at Blumont from September 2020 to January 2022, I served as a strategic partner to the management team of the organization's country program. Recruitment:
