• Ensure the visibility and outreach for project activities and outputs.
• Working on stakeholder mapping and serving as the focal point for stakeholders.
• Preparing and reviewing all project related material, i.e. logos, banners, brochures, messages, mottos, before uploading them to the website and Facebook to ensure the message and image of the action is well promoted.
• Approve project logos and promotional materials.
• Review press releases, contact media outlets, and distribute project outputs amongst various stakeholders, international donors and media.
• Ensuring that project branding for Al Hayat and the action complies with donor requirements and the visibility policy.
• Producing the action's communication and outreach plan in coordination with the project team.
• Write narrative reports for internal use and as per donor requirements
• Issuing press releases both in Arabic and English to be published in the media platforms.
• Preparing content to be published on social media accounts.

• Responsible for daily implementation of monitoring activities, including data collection on Parliamentary sessions and results analysis
• Research on Jordanian laws and international best practices for Parliament and elections
• Organize roundtables and discussion forums on Election Law and Decentralization, with specific focus on constitutional amendments passed in 2016
• Team Leader during 2016 Parliamentary Elections, responsible for mobile team activities
