• Install and configure PC’s software, hardware, printers, scanners, phones, etc.
• Plan and complete maintenance of IT equipment
• IT infrastructure, networking and telephone support
• ERP System Support
• Repair equipment and replace parts when necessary
• Manage Active Directory: set up new user accounts and manage credential and provide support
• Record, tract and document help desk request issues, requests and resolution this in a proper manner
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Act as a computer liaison for the IT operations with external vendors and management
• Manage Antivirus, firewall, and other security applications
• Maintaining inventory of equipment and supplies in order resolve any issues promptly
• On call respondent to incidents
• Served as a technical resource to the company
• Other duties assigned.
• Desktop/Laptop/Printer Support. Coordinating with vendor/service center for any failure/repair issues
• Coordinate with service provider and resolve the internet related issue
• Install and configure device
• Documentation for the change management
• Maintain IT related services records
• Maintain IT assets inventory
• Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
• File and update information of customer, suppliers and external partners
• Support and facilitate the completion of reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Support IT Department such as entering data in database, provides assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, and provide basic trouble shooting repair and maintenance for computer equipments.
Did estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Have ensure that quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in our defect tracking system.
Responsibilities:
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Makes sure that software material does not have defects and is made to company standards.
