Senior Change Project Manager role leading a team of 4 Change Managers to implement change initiatives including critical technology transformation. Acting as Head of Department when required.
Achievements• Successfully turned around a critical and large technology programme managing demand and change for the primary Operational Support System (OSS).
• Defined and led a new way of working through the introduction of a robust front door process and new commercial framework for technology change reducing demand by 90%. Commended by new CTIO for programme turnaround.
• Achieved behavioural change within key stakeholder and champion community through strict commercial prioritisation hitting a key company goal to ‘spend company money wisely’.
• Embedded a commercial mindset with all stakeholders working with Finance to define benefits and commercial value.
• Defined strategy, approach and managed Implementation of a benefits definition approach which was adopted by the wider business for prioritising change requests.
• Led on the Ideation, initiation and planning for embedding behaviours for Infra Managing Director’s Chief of Staff.
• Devised the approach and managed the recruitment of 6 Associate Project Manager apprentices.
• Identified, developed and launched the first KPI and Benefits tracker and reporting tool.
• Key contributor to 25 strategic change projects, 200+ comms released, 3000 people trained, 51 training sessions held and 12 change sprints.
A volunteer role to undertake an extensive programme of capital works to transform the player and member experience.

• Delivered 3 new floodlit hard courts, 2 floodlit Padel courts and a new building for the Coaching staff.
• Club revenue in 2021/22 up by 250%, 2022/23 up by 300% with membership increasing by 100%.
• Deftly navigated the LTA, Club Committee, member base, local council and contractors to progress through the Pandemic.
• Most significant change, transformation and period of growth in the clubs 124 year history which has led to further investment.
