Responsible for the overall management of a 5 million Liter fuel farm, controlling the receipt, storage and issue of blended JP8 fuel to NATO assets in Northern Afghanistan. Management of the fuel site. Encompassing the overarching control of site Maintenance. Lab testing. Facilities management. Security liaison and personnel management. Also the operational management lead of a NATO approved FRP Team, with responsibility to the support of multinational air assets in austere and hostile locations.

Ensures adequate fuel supplies to the 1200+ generators on which the entire base depends for virtually all aspects of operations, safety and security.
Coaches, trains and manages a team of 120 staff, ensuring that they have the skills, tools and strategies to handle the demands of the job.
