I was responsible for generating concepts for airframes, providing mechanical solutions for airframe improvement and new avionic equipment integration, generating 3D models, managing big 3D assemblies in CATIA, generating technical drawing, manufacturing data pack, reviewing drawings after junior engineers, providing mentorship to junior engineers.
Premier Composite Technologies (PCT) is a UAE based global supplier and manufacturer of advanced composite components for the Aerospace, Automotive, Architecture, Marine and Rail.
Responsible for tooling design (aluminum and composite molds), design composite components for UAVs, tooling analysis, lamination drawings, defining manufacturing method for the composite parts, R&D activities, trimming and assembly jig design, managing of small group delegated to R&D projects, metal structures design and analysis, preparing drawings for production, costing of tools and composite parts, tests of composite parts .
Involved in Aerospace projects (Airbus A380 Flap Track Fairing Core Machining, Composite components for new generation of milling machine, Composite components for UAVs), Architectural projects (The Mataf Ceiling, Carbon fiber roofs for Apple campus 2).
In November 2015 our company team took part in Red Bull Flugtag in Dubai. I was a project leader. I worked out aerodynamic shape and made preliminary structural design and managed assembly process.

- Conclusion of a contract, arranging the documents;
- Pricing and preparing contracts;
- Work out 3D furniture design and manufacturing drawings;

Responsible for the development of construction sites molding machine tape cathode batteries. I was responsible for preparing manufacturing data pack for anode casting machine. I was supervising anode casting machine assembly . I was responsible for the installation casting machine and test run.
- I was responsible for 3D design and structure of the new UAV platform;
- I was managed manufacturing of the composite parts for 2 projects;
- I was responsible for developing manufacturing process for all composite parts and all necessary equipment for production (jigs, fixtures, etc.);
- Conducted test flights of new prototypes as a RC pilot.
I was responsible for:
- Generating furniture 3D design and drawings;
- Generating furniture detail and assembly drawing;
- Creating furniture specification;
- Generating cuttings files for raw material;
- COS specification generation and communication with purchasing department;
- Supervising related projects manufacturing and assembly process.
I was responsible for:
- Choosing and procurement of machinery for new productions;
- Supervising installation of a equipment for new production line following installation manuals;
- Developing production projects;
- Introducing new production lines into operation.
I was responsible for teaching children to design and fly airplane RC models.
I have received good quality knowledge in all common engineering subjects. I consider the most important what I learned in University was an understanding importance of 3D CAD software and deep knowledge in structural analysis and technical calculations. I got very high quality training in Solidwork. I have learn valuable problem solving, critical thinking, 3D design skills.
