• Collaborate with Business Users and other Business Analysts to elicit and gather requirements & preparing clarification document.
• Write high-level test cases and break down requirements into appropriate test steps with sufficient detail to facilitate testing.
• Work closely with manager, Project manager and Business Clients to understand scope and deliverables.
• Participate in sessions with vendors as well as other IT departments requirements walk through sessions and gained expertise about the modules and domain.
• Partner with Business Users and Developers to ensure prompt, proactive follow up on all business-related questions/gaps that come up during design/Execution phase.
• Participation in defect review meeting with development team and business team.
• Preparing Daily productivity MIS and Defect Reports.
