Logistics and Procurement
Mainly focuses about the inventory stock of the company,
ensuring that all the resources are available and ready in a
timely manner.
Quality and Quantity control of diesel fuel.
Warehouse-keeping and maintaining an inventory of operations
support equipment that is not kept in the satellite plants.
Coordinate backload and offload operations.
Supervision of loading and unloading supply. (SAFELY)
Maintaining permanent files for local purchases.
Prepared analysis and diesel consumption reports.
Receive, store, issue and adjust supplies and equipment.
Prepare cargo manifest.
Monitored the usage of diesel fuel and documented results in
daily consumption reports.
Maintenance
Primary check-up of diesel engine generator set.
Preventive maintenance on diesel engine generator set.
Check design and make revisions as per Sr. Engineer’s
instruction.
Prepare shop drawings and other engineering sketches.
Assist the Sr. Project Engineer in the preparation of Interim
Payment Certificate/Billings.
Prepare weekly progress report and submit this to Sr. Engineer.
Double check the sub-contractors invoice prior to payment.
Ensure that all works are satisfactorily performed in good
workmanship manner as per approved construction drawings
and project specifications.
In-charge of mobilization and demobilization of construction
workers.
