After a year I promoted to technician, As a technician I'll be the one who performed diagnostics to verify the issue or the problem of the hardware update the OS creating repair. Of our client have concern regarding Microsoft application like installation of the applications or creating user accounts I can do that also.
I'll be the person who take a calls for our client or I'll be the one to calls. receiving booking of shipment of the specific date, I'll be the one who create ticket for our passengers and make a bill of leading and I'll be the one who compute the total payables of our client.
