First, I'm q customer service specialist, I'm the person who received the unit perform troubleshooting if possible to fix the issue or concern if software issues discuss the customer or educate the customer the best thing to used apple devices I know how to reformat iPhones and MacBooks, and if th devices need a hardware replacement I'll be the person who input the client and device information to our systems. After a year I promoted to technician, As a technician I'll be the one who performed diagnostics to verify the issue or the problem of the hardware update the OS creating repair. Of our client have concern regarding Microsoft application like installation of the applications or creating user accounts I can do that also.
I'll be the person who take a calls for our client or I'll be the one to calls. receiving booking of shipment of the specific date, I'll be the one who create ticket for our passengers and make a bill of leading and I'll be the one who compute the total payables of our client.
