Working as Senior Project Engineer / Electrical Manager to assist the Project Management by Leading the Engineering and Inspection activities of all electrical transmission and distribution Project’s r from initiation up to closing stage in line with Project & Engineering Strategic Plan with ref. to all Engineering Standard & IEC requirements to guarantee that all assigned project are within the control by insuring the below requirements:
• Ensure that project stay within the committed budget and schedule and Ensure the contract in compliance of the project specification and applicable standards.•- prepare a clear and understandable Substation equipment's scope of works for transmission projects in line with the issued Project Parameter Report to ensure coverage the requirements in the new tenders and to avoid any ambiguity or misunderstanding of the scope
.• Prepare the technical recommendation report\
.• Review and approve design drawings, documents and vendors submitted by contractors or consultants to ensure quality, their compliance with Authority specification, international standards, and scope of works
.• Attend inspections and capability studies to assess the quality and compliance of equipment as per Company approval
.• Attend various technical, designs, & progress meeting with contractors, consultants, Authorities internal departments, and other utilities to resolve raised technical problems and to ensure smooth running of projects
.• Coordinate with End user departments, to finalize technical issues raised during engineering, inspection, site construction, and site testing & commissioning stages, to ensure coverage the requirements in the projects.
• Attend various site visits as and when required to verify the executed works inline with Authorities approval and obtain the feedback for future consideration in new contracts/projects
.• Obtain feedback from end user in each project stage to improve project lifecycle of future projects.

• Responsible for servicing, repairing and maintaining all the electrical equipment’s and system associated with the power Generation and balance of the plant (BOP) for 3000 MW power plant capacity.

•Examines the nature of the project problems referred by the All Engineer's for detailed investigation and liaises with maintenance engineer, power operations and other disciplines to gather pertinent information and then interprets them before finalizing the technical solution.
• Originates design and specifications for the in house project to the international standards for the quality, safety and standardization, prepares tender documentation for the in house projects, evaluates the tenders and recommends the technically suitable contractor/suppliers considering reliability and cost.
•Check the supplier design drawings, design specification and technical calculation and ensure that all are meeting company and other accepted engineering standards, reviews the progress of projects/modification work by holding technical discussion with all engineer's, outside consultants, contractor and end user.

• Reviews and comments on technical specification, draft operation & Maintenance manuals being received from engineering or project development
• Prepare and Review the plans for next week ‘permits to work’ and outage for planned maintenance and all relevant information from managers meeting with other department.
• Regular interaction with area engineer and power maintenance engineers to discuss technical issues related to area receive guidance and agree on course of action as relevant should be able to give a comprehensive technical support to the maintenance engineer/area engineer for all the problem in same area.

•Communication effectively with peers in power maintenance and operation department or other department that all related to the activities and project hand.
