 Looking after equipment maintenance like Heat exchangers, vessels, tanks, Separators, flare systems, Overhauling & testing of relief valves & Pressure vacuum valves, OHL line (33KV) insulator replacement, re-termination, breakdown maintenance of OHL, circuit breaker PM, relay testing, station overhead lifting facilities PM/CM, SAP data gathering & uploading etc.
 Well maintenance services like beam pump PM/CM, Well head integrity test, PCP-PM for electrical & Instruments, ESP-PM for electrical & Instruments, Multiple selector valves PM/CM, centrifugal pump & motor PM/CM, various valves, gear boxes etc.
 Maintenance of all pressure vessels & storage tanks :- Isolation, opening, sludge removal, cleaning using high pr. Jet & chemical, inspection, repair including bottom plate, annular plates & roof replacement, Vacuum box testing, blasting, internal & external coating as per SP 1246 & hand over.
 Maintenance of Fin fan coolers, Inspection & testing of water bath heaters, Inspection & testing of gas fired shell & tube heaters, Oil bath crude oil heaters,
 Tank (Fixed roof, floating roof) rehabilitation Work which includes,
o Isolation, desludging, cleaning, Fabrication & installation of curb angle, stair case, platform, ladder etc.
o Cutting, removal, fabrication, installation & welding of new bottom plates & annular plates, roof, shell plates etc.
o Vacuum box testing.
o Hydro testing of tank as per API 650 & API 653
o Removal & replacement of associated piping, instrumentation etc.
o Installation/rectification & commissioning of cathodic protection system as per AFC drawings.
