• As a part of the site management team participating in the construction process of the new power plant beginning from the design review up to the commissioning of the facilities.
• Attendee all Consortium / Consultant and Owner Meeting
• Responsible for the Infrastructure/ civil works, executed by an Egyptian Company in Consortium with SIEMENS Power.
• Is Responsible for the Self-Execution of the Infrastructure networks dealing with all kind of Pipes Such as C.S Piping, P V C Pipes, G R P Piping, H D P E Piping, Ductile Iron, S.S, Duct Bank and Manhole
• Control of the quality and the timely execution of the construction works according to the Work Design Book, relevant codes and regulations.
• Manage and coordinate all Programmer / Schedule submissions and issues
• Manage and coordinate all cost and budget matters
• Management of construction interfaces
• Manage effectively a team of civil engineer to achieve project-specified inspection. Follow up all civil (earth work, excavation, pc, form work, RC, etc.) activities
• Supervise and support suppliers / subcontractors to achieve project-specified
• Supervise and perform the development and execution of Inspection and Test Plans \[ITPs\] for all permanent works
• Supervise and manage MRRs from the subcontractors
• Review and accept all projects drawing (design, shop drawing…)
• Manage the workshop \[personnel, materials, equipment\]
• Ensure that required plant and equipment are made available in a timely manner in fully operational and safe condition to execute the Works

West Damietta Power plant project (500 MW Simple Cycle) and -ELSHABAB power plant
• Manage effectively a team of under ground piping to achieve project-specified inspection
• Supervise and support suppliers / subcontractors to achieve project-specified inspection
• Supervise and perform the development and execution of Inspection and Test Plans \[ITPs\] for all permanent works
• Issue and prepare all under ground piping MRRs
• Manage and coordinate all Programme / Schedule submissions and issues
• Manage and coordinate all cost and budget matters
• Management of construction / commissioning interfaces
• Follow up all underground piping (GAS, SOLAR, RO, FIRE FIGHTING, …etc) activities
• Review and accept all projects drawing and P&I drawings
• Manage the Plant workshop \[personnel, materials, equipment\]
• Attendee all consultant and owner meeting
• Ensure that required plant and equipment are made available in a timely manner in fully operational and safe condition to execute the Works

• CONSTRUCTION OF GAS PIPE LINE DEALING WITH PREPARING RUNNING LINE, SITE SET UP, EXCAVATION, FUSION, BACKFILLING, PRESSURE TESTING, TIE IN, COMMISSIONING, FINAL RESTORATION INCLUDING SOIL COMPACTION TEST AND DEALING WITH CONCERNED AUTHORITIES

• START FROM (MAY - 2003) WORK IN ELCTROMECHANICAL FILED IN PORT GHALIB PROJ. IN MARSA AALAM CITY (CORAL BEACH DIVING HOTEL -200 ROOM -) DEALING WITH WATER, IRRIGATION AND FIRE NETWORKS. PLUMBING, DRINAGE AND WATER SUPPLY. WATER TANK AND PUMP ROOM, IRRIGATION TANK AND PUMP ROOM, FIRE FITTING PUMP ROOM AND S.T.P.
• WORK IN CORE PROJECT HOTELS ( 210 Million LE Consists of Three Hotels a 5-star Hotel, two 4-star Hotels ), AND CORNICHE PROJECT NETWORKS ( 300 APPARTMENT, PUPLIC AREAS )
