HR Operations & Services
 Lead the development and implementation of the organization’s strategic requirement of establishing a state of the art comprehensive HR service to meet and handle all transactional HR
 Service lines which includes the administration of Visa Services, recruitment/new joiners, employee records, general HR queries, general HR processing activities, payroll etc and all related communication and interface with customers while sustaining a high level of customer service and processing efficiency.

Manpower Planning & Recruitment
 Lead the development and implementation of the recruitment plans in order to help the departments to operate with full strength. This will require developing the sourcing needs, identifying source, markets and creating infrastructure requirements to make them operational.
 Recommend and Implement the approved manpower plan.
 Prepare recruitment plan for the entity based on the recruitment policies
 Oversee the recruitment function, prepares annual recruitment budgets
 Develop recruitment capability within the entity (training)
 Assist directors/HODs to prepare manning requirements for their annual budgets
 Review & assess performance of recruitment agents, ensures accurate reporting

Performance Management & Career Development
 Follow up and ensure the implementation of the performance management system through out
 Periodic assessment on the process and the performance of the employees within the
 Organization. This includes allurement of the individuals’ targets and the company’s KPI.
 Assist the training and performance management specialist in developing a training program for
 The employees within the entity and to follow up the proper and smooth execution.
 Maintain the organization shape as healthy as possible by following a proper promotion policy.
 Ensure the effectiveness of the training program and implement the various training action plan
 Such as on the job trainings, job assignment, job shadowing and mentorship program.
 Take full responsibilities on the separation process and control the employees’ turnover within the organization.
 Work closely with the entity CEO and provide professional HR advisory on all related issues.
 Implement the entity orientation programs.
 Ensure meeting the government requirement of the organization participating in the UAE pension which includes liaison with internal and external bodies ensuring the provision of quality service to the UAE nationals and consistency in the implementation of the HR policies.
 Lead the development and implementation of strategies to attract, develop and retain UAE
 Nationals in the organization.

 Answers and screens manager's telephone calls, and arranges conference calls.
 Coordinates manager's schedule and makes appointments.
 Greets scheduled visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person.
 Conducts relevant research, and compiles and types statistical reports.
 Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
 Orders and maintains supplies, and arranges for equipment maintenance.
