• Developed annual Revenue from $ 10M in 2001 to over $ 70M in 2009; consistently exceeding the desired revenue targets. Secured and retained all sales tenders and contracts in 13 years.
• Presented forecasts and budgets to Board, secured and managed resources for aggressive expansion plans. Oversaw projects and attained cost savings leading to 40 % profit above target.
• Planned, prioritized and organized a variety of tasks and job responsibilities to ensure adequate and timely delivery of deliverables.
• Ensured coordination of the interfaces of Marketing, Medicine and Operations.

• Initiated laboratory services for hospitals, clinics & medical centers across the U.A.E.
