Lead, coach and inspire a team responsible of the delivery and operation of customer facing applications in different areas:
Digital banking, Payments, Cards, CRM and Card Switching.
Manage complex projects part of a transformation program, overview the project management activities in coordination with IT heads and direct reporting to the bank’s management.
Design and document a digital roadmap for the department as per the Enterprise Architecture guidelines, international regulations and security standards.

Lead the implementation of several projects and was deeply involved in the implementation of IST switch and the debit cards management system in different Bank Audi Entities.
