• Ensure that the working bay is clean, tidy and safe according to the SOP
• Repairing and servicing vehicles booked into the workshop.
• Calculating & verifying the estimated parts required for repair.
• Ensuring the correct specialist tools are used to carry out repairs.
• Servicing the vehicle and changing the timing belts and cam belts as required.
• Carrying out inspections and give the estimate of the damaged parts required
• Investigate faults using special mechanical tools and diagnostic equipment i.e consult II & III as reported by the customer and give feedback appropriately.
• Ordering or picking up parts from the store as per the SOP
• Checking every critical part of a vehicle, including belts, hoses, plugs, and brake and fuel systems.
• Ensure that safety and fire precautions are adhered to accordingly
• Ensure I finish my allocated duties efficiently and timely as well as guarantee customer satisfaction

• Head of mechanics in the workshop
• On job training for four months at CMC FORD KENYA to learn how to service the ford type car as it's used in the field by the company.
• In charge of Driving the company Trucks with a Self Loader Crane and operating it when taking the generator and installing it at the Safaricom site or zap sites
• Overseeing the servicing and Maintaining the Company vehicles, engine overhaul, suspension overhaul
• Servicing the generators for the telecommunication sites i.e. Safaricom and Zap (Kenya's leading competitor mobile telephones operator)
• Servicing the building machines Poker vibrator, concrete mixer and compactors after usage from the site in the workshop
• In charge of Field projects and to ensure that duties are carried out efficiently
• To order and ensure that all Necessary working machines are available
• To Research what are the latest models in the industry
• To ensure that all items are loaded for the field trip projects and as well returned
• To ensure that all vehicles are properly serviced before going to the field projects
• To ensure that the safety of my team is observed during the field projects

• Serving the guests with a professional manner at all times
