▪ Provides Composite Drawing / Site Coordination Drawings for all services.
▪ Creates detailed technical drawings of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Sanitary designs according to specifications,  equipment and accessories.
▪ Design and propose detail pipe layout and isometric drawings and coordinates the ductwork with other trade i.e structural, piping, electrical.
▪ Prepare Engineering drawings consisting of standard arrangements, layouts from general Engineering & Design information according to established standards and procedures.

 Interprets engineering sketch's as well as various field notes to create CAD drawings that
were aesthetically pleasing, organized, understandable, and to a standard consistent from
project to project.
 Making lay-out plan on Sanitary Engineering projects.
 Prepares complete set of sanitary plans and details approved by the Designer/Engineer.
 Coordinates with other Engineering trade for proper consolidation of MEPF lay-out plans.
 Plots the complete set of plans and details in tracing paper for blue printing.

 Making lay-out plan on Civil Engineering projects.
 Prepares complete set of structural plans and details of bridge approved by the designer.
 Making shop drawings for the projects.
 Helps in quantity estimates for the projects.
 Prepares As-built designs for the projects.
 Prepares reinforcement schedules for the planned project.

 Filling of applicants documents.
 Receiving and releasing of applicants documents.
 Documentation and reporting on application status.
 Informing applicants regarding their application status.

 Promotion and sales of air-conditioning products.
 Daily monitoring of stock inventory.
 Follow-up quotations to prospective clients.
 Coordinates with the installer for the installation of sold units.
 Taking up inbound inquiries and outbound marketing to enhance sales.

 Receiving and releasing of stocks.
 Encoding received stocks to the inventory system.
 Assign barcodes for each stocks for inventory.
 Manual tagging of barcodes/SKU stickers for non-UPC items.
 Monitoring of stock inventory.
 Making requisitions for replacements of released stock.
 Ensuring that all deliveries must comply with the purchased order before receiving.
