Safeguarding the Inventory, conduct monthly F&B Inventory and quarterly Retail Inventory.
Receiving F&B and Retail goods, raising purchase orders, posting Invoices and requisitions. Supervising Warehouse staff and schedule a trainings and vacation plans.
Responsible for day to day warehouse activities which includes: receiving, storing, maintaining the par level and managing the inventory.
Safeguarding the Inventory, posting requisitions and invoices and leading the team
Buying all requested items for our clients.
Review the contracts and liase with the vendor
