Directly report to Heads of Clubs and Recreation;
Responsible for planning coordination and supervision of all Youth Club Activities;
Responsible for the efficient day-to-day running of Youth Club.
Monitoring Youth Club, assessing future requirements and making plan and suggestion as necessary.
Responsible in keeping trips
Coordinate with supplies and maintenance when necessary.
Set up all policies and procedures related to Recreation Department
Responsible for all personnel or recreation, their employment training, discipline and welfare.
Planning and coordination of recreation programmed and activities, covering Social, Cultural and Physical Recreation
Responsible for proper maintenance and upkeep of all the recreation facilities and amenities.
Monitoring of recreation vehicle utilization, assessing future requirements and keeping
plan and suggestion as necessary.
Periodically review the department database, equipment and resources, to ensure optimum
utilization of personnel, equipment and facilities.
Initiate recruiting as necessary to meet the requirements of Recreation Department.
Hold meetings periodically continuously as planned.
Responsible in keeping trips, like driving Recreation vehicle when necessary as per
Support Services Director directives.
Coordinate with Supplies and engineering when necessary.
In-charge or Recreation Assistant and other personnel staff assigned in Recreation
Department.
